HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM THIS?
As a Click & Collect customer, you have the privilege of avoiding excessive delivery fees, particularly if you are a local patron or reside outside of the European Union in regions such as America, Australia, or Africa. To take full advantage of this, you may consider engaging the services of an agent to collect your items directly from us, thus sparing you the cost of shipping fees.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Payment can be made through credit/debit card or through our alternative payment methods.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN TO COLLECT MY ITEMS?
Upon the successful placement of your online order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email from us. Our team will then reach out via email again, to inform you that your items are ready for collection. In the unlikely event that you are unable to collect your items in person, we would be happy to arrange for their shipment to your desired location, for which a nominal shipping fee will apply.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
Your ordered items will be graciously held for collection for a period of five days. Should you be unable to collect within this time frame, they will be respectfully returned to our warehouse, and your account will be credited with a refund. Please allow up to two weeks for this credit to be processed. It is important to note that a nominal restocking fee of 25% will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM UNABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
In the unlikely event that you are unable to collect your order within the allotted five-day period, we invite you to kindly contact us via telephone OR email. One of our knowledgeable staff members will make every effort to provide assistance and ensure a satisfactory resolution to your concerns.
WHAT DO I NEED WHEN COMING TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
To ensure the seamless retrieval of your order, it is required that the account holder present the following upon arrival: Invoice Copy Registered Email Address Company Name.
CAN SOMEBODY ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER?
While we are pleased to accommodate the collection of your order by a representative, it is imperative to safeguard against potential fraud. To that end, we require that the individual you have nominated present your invoice on your behalf. Without the necessary documentation, it is with regret that we must decline the release of your items.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
As a valued customer, you have the option to cancel your Click & Collect order within a period of 30 days from the date of ordering. However, please note that a restocking fee will apply to recoup the labor costs and depreciation in value of unsold merchandise. The restocking fee is calculated based on the time elapsed between your order and cancellation, and is expressed as a percentage of your total order value. The following fee structure applies: 1 to 5 days: 25% Restocking Fee 6 to 10 days: 35% Restocking Fee 11 to 30 days: 50% Restocking Fee Please note that cancellations made after 30 days from the date of ordering will no longer be eligible for a refund.
